When contacting us about an existing order, include your company name and any quote, proof or order reference available so the right project can be found quickly.
Logo, colours, text size, bleed, quiet zones and print sides are confirmed before production.
Names, numbers, barcodes, magnetic stripes and expiry details are checked against the intended workflow.
Standard PVC, frosted, clear, metallic or shaped stock is chosen for the right balance of look and function.
Quantity, deadline and destination are understood early so the production plan is realistic.
