How enquiry information is handled.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a quote brief, we may collect your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, project requirements and the page or campaign information associated with the enquiry.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, clarify specifications, prepare a quotation and communicate about the project. Information may be handled by authorised PlasticCard.nz staff and service providers needed to operate our communication or quotation systems.

Retention and protection

Enquiry and project information is retained for reasonable business, customer-service and record-keeping purposes. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes.

Artwork and data files

The initial quote form does not accept uploads. If artwork, variable data or technical files are requested later, handling requirements will be confirmed as part of the project.

Analytics and advertising

This implementation does not claim that analytics or advertising measurement is active. If those systems are configured later, this notice must be updated to describe the information collected and the relevant providers.
