PlasticCard.nz does not normally install locks, configure readers or hotel software, operate the lock system or provide ongoing lock-system technical support. These remain with the hotel and its provider.
Who confirms that the cards work with the hotel system?
The hotel or lock-system provider is responsible for confirming compatibility, technical requirements and final testing. Any required sample or verification process should be agreed for the card order.
